These terms apply to projects delivered by GrowFiction. Each project also has a written proposal that sets out its scope, price and timeline. If the proposal and these terms differ, the proposal applies.
We provide a fixed quote based on the agreed scope. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before we start it.
Projects are split into milestones. Each milestone is paid when it is delivered and approved. Work on the next milestone starts once the previous one is paid.
Design revisions are included as described in your proposal. We aim to get things right together before development starts.
Once the project is paid in full, you own the final code, designs and content we created for you. Third-party themes, plugins, fonts and services remain under their own licences.
You provide content, access and feedback on time, and confirm you have the right to use any material you send us.
We fix bugs found after launch that are part of the agreed scope. Ongoing updates and new features are available on a monthly support plan.
We keep your business information and project details confidential and only share them with your permission.
